My eTail App is the product of Swadesh Softwares Pvt. Ltd., an ISO 9001:2008 certified Company based in Durgapur, India. We have launched My eTail App with the aim of helping those businesses which recognize the growing IT trend and are willing to make the most of it.

Swadesh Softwares registered itself as a Private Limited Company on 5th September 2011. Our Registered office is located at 37, Bagha Jatin Path, City Centre, Durgapur – 713216 (WB). With our willpower and fine stabilities of our workers, we further explored our activities by opening two more branches of Swadesh Softwares Pvt. Ltd., one in Durgapur and another in Asansol. Our present workforce consists of 250 + employees.

Apart from quality and customized software, we also provide Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Knowledge Process Outsourcing services (KPO) to our international clients. We proudly maintain that our sheer determinations and honest intentions have resulted in enhancing work opportunities for the youth of Durgapur Steel City and its adjoining areas.
